The remodel continues ....
Well, as of Memorial Day we have officially been in our house for one year!
Projects completed to date:
* Wired and installed canned lighting in family room and living room
* Wired and installed lights in all bedrooms (a very nice to have in CA)
* Wired and installed lighting in garage and exterior of garage
* New backyard (tore out 3 decks, installed sprinkling system, 1200 sq. ft. grass, concrete steps out both backyard doors)
* Trim work-o-plenty...installed casing, window sills and aprons on all windows, new casing on family room and living room entrances, new baseboards and crown molding in family room, living room, office and hall
* Painted family room, Liza's room and laundry room
* Layed travertine in the entry
* Beadboard 1/2 way up walls in Liza's room, laundry room
* Moved dryer outlet and positioning of washer and dryer
* Installed laundry room sink and built 4' wide area to hang shirts in laundry
* Built a zig zag rock path down to the creek behind the fence in our backyard
* Made sling shots to hunt racoons that come in our backyard...:)
Wow ... the list goes on and on!

Great job Dan (and I'm sure Julie and the boys too). I too want to see more pictures.
By the time we have the funds to actually decorate and request your assistance you'll probably be retired, so unless you're on a mission I'm sure you'll have plenty of time to help us...can't wait!

That looks sooo great! good job guys!! We want to see more pix! We were there the weekend you moved in remember? So we have a remembrance of the "before" It looks awesome! Liza's room is beautiful! You inspired me to do some fixin' up around here!!! :)

Where did you find such amazing belt buckles? I'm sure only a wise Chinese man could have possibly forged those in the streets of NYC. What were those 60 bucks a piece?
